Subletting from 29.12.24 (or a few days earlier if you wish) until 4.4.25 I live on a large ecological farm with a huge communal garden in Bornheim Roisdorf in a small community. you have your own flat with bedroom/children's room, living-work-bedroom (that's how I use it) your own kitchen (I'm still building it out) with a balcony door to your own small garden that leads into the large communal garden. In addition to the private bathroom with bathtub, there is also a shared bathroom with shower in the main house, a large shared kitchen and of course the huge garden. Of course, we also have a laundry room with a washing machine. A very peaceful cat lives in my flat, it would be nice if she could stay (if not she would have to move to another room in the community). In the yard we have free-range chickens, a dog with puppies, rabbits and our cat. We are a colourful mix of families with two teenagers, two small children, students and working adults. My area, including the communal rooms, is approx. 65 square metres Rent would be 1500€ warm complete, my bike and my car that you get in the time, as well as a LAN connection and all utilities are included in the rent. If you love and live sustainability, enjoy community and still want your own flat, it would be the perfect temporary home. Eating organic and ecological food from the garden is optional possible.
