It not only delivers great cozyness and comfort, but also serves as a space for a concious daily. # Highlights Overview The dining area, kitchen and the livingroom forms an open space, while still keeps the boundary between each other. # Dining Area The extendable wood dining table serves as the center of the entire apartment, which comes from the nordic brand BoConcept and is one of my favorite furnitures. Together with designer chairs and ceiling light, the dining exprience is more than pleasant. The USM barwagen at the corner compliments the fine dining vibe. # Kitchen The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You will expect some premium appliances and cooking accessories. # Livingroom The livingroom plays a mixed role of both entertainment and home office. On the entertainment side, there is a 43 inch Hisense 4K TV together with Apple TV (free Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime Video, etc. ), Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The Vintage Ledersofa is pretty comfortbale to sit on. Next to the window is a standing desk, equipped with a 34 inch samsung ultrawide monitor and a Herman Miller Areon Chair. With a bright and calming view in the courtyard, working from home has never been so satifactory. # Bedroom Another hightlight is the bright spacious 25 sm south-east facing bedroom. It is equipped with a 160 x 200cm Queen-size bed from BoConcept and a 85 x 200 cm Scandi daybed from Bolia. Together with ergo pillows and cotton/linen sheets, both are super comfortable to sleep on. # Bathroom Next to the entrance, the fully-equipped bathroom in a modern black and white vibe fulfills all your daily needs. It comes with a brand new Bosch Wash-Dryer. # Balcony Don’t forget the chill balcony! It is around 1,5 m wide and 5 m long. It is equipped with two outdoor chairs from BoConcept and a sun umbrella from IKEA. It is really nice to chill for a little while, especially in summer evenings. # Storageroom Besides there is still a cute storage room available, which is by the hallway and with a Japanese Noren. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will definitely have a great time here!
