The balcony, with a view of the Berneck Valley, is particularly noteworthy and is a wonderful place to relax from everyday life. The living room on the 2nd attic floor has a double sofa bed which can be used together with the 2nd bathroom as a studio for guests. The attic apartment can be easily reached via an elevator. Stair lifts can be provided on request. You can use the basement. Equipment Central gas heating + underfloor heating in the bathroom + heat pump/air conditioning on the 2nd floor which has a positive effect on heating costs when used for heating. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Restriction: no dishwasher. A parking space (plus 20 euros/month rent) is available in the courtyard of the house. Otherwise parking in a public car park 100m away. Location The property is located in the valley town of Schramberg near the sports field and Berneck beach. A Netto supermarket and an Action Shop are less than 5 minutes away. It is a 15-minute walk to Schramberg center including the bus station. The various industrial areas around Schramberg are therefore easy to reach. Primary school, secondary school and high school are also within easy walking distance.
