The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower and a large corner bathtub. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor. There is another separate bathroom with shower and toilet. From the 2nd person on, each additional person is charged with 400 Euro per month. WLAN, cable TV is of course free of charge. . Parking spaces and a parking space for bicycles are available at the house.
