The second room has a box spring bed (160x200 ), a big wool carpet, a chest of drawers and a desk. The child/guest room has a door to the large balcony at the back of the apartment. The large hallway is Guadratic and has a cloakroom and access to the second WC/shower and a storage room. The apartment has a front garden and a large backyard with lawn. A bicycle cellar is located in the house. *Deutsch* Die ruhige und gute möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug mitten im schönen Eppendorf. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig gestaltet. Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Hier stehen ein gemütliches Sofa, Tisch, Massiv-Holz Kleiderschrank und Flat-TV. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Tür zu einem Balkon der zwei Balkone der Wohnung. Wohnküche mit Ceranherd mit 4 Kochfeldern, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Koch- und Essgeschirr sind vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es einen quadratischen Massivholztisch. Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein komfortables Boxspring-Doppelbett (200x200cm), Kleiderschrank und 2 Nachttische. Das Schlafzimmer hat den direkten Zugang zu dem WC/Badezimmer. Das Vollbad ist weiß gefliest, hat eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit, WC und eine Handtuchheizung. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett (160x200 für 1650 EURO, einen grossen Wolle Teppich, eine Schubladenkommode und ein Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer hat eine Tür zu dem großen Balkon am Ende der Wohnung. Der große Flur ist quadratisch und hat Garderobe und Zugänge zum zweiten WC/Dusche und einem Ablageraum. Die Wohnung hat einen Vorgarten und einen großen Hinterhof mit Rasen. Ein Fahrradkeller befindet sich im Haus. Ich habe vor 06.06.2024 leider keine Zeit für Schlüsselübergabe nach Hamburg zu kommen.
