A short 20 minute drive away from the beautiful Caribbean beaches and the Puerto Viejo area, this stunning and very large fully titled finca is a world apart. Best of all, there is road access along the entire length of the property with many potential building sites for someone to create their ideal home in the middle of the jungle. Or just stay in one of the two cabins already existing on the property. One cabin is two stories (1B/1BA) overlooking a valley and offers a perfect site for birdwatching. The other is a single story (3B/2BA) with a garden with pineapple plants and fruit trees in the front, and trails leading to a waterfall behind it. Both are constructed of tropical hardwoods and built on concrete foundations.
