These trees were carefully created by starting with the Simmonds Avocado Tree and then grafting the bone of a Hass Avocado Tree into the trunk of the Simmonds Tree to produce the Hass Mejorado Avocado Tree. These trees were planted in 2019 and will be in complete harvest this season. Mature trees are expected to make a minimum of 400 Avocados per year.A new drilled well has been added with an abundance of water. A complete pressurized irrigation system has been installed.
