The architectureAfter many months at the design table, we managed, with the architect Karina Arce and the interior designer Lu Croccia, to create our version of the modern Guanacaste house, maintaining details such as stone walls, wood, large terraces and high ceilings; details that abound in the pampas and that we wanted to rescue in this project.From the distributionCasa Numu has two separate units, one with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2, each with its private pool. This design is very versatile since it allows the owner to play with the rental possibilities and even be able to live in the property and rent the other unit.
