Finca GRIS BOSQUE is a 27 Hectares + 8690 M2 (68.86 Acres) farm located above Chacarita in the Southern Zone on the Pacific side in Costa Rica. It is 2 Km from the Pan American/Inter America highway, Entrance road is 'La Lucha' which was named after this farm. Chacarita is on the turn off to peninsula de Osa, and is centrally located between the Surfing areas of Pavones and Dominical. Chacarita is also very centrally located in the area, with several national parks close. There is a planned new international airport in the valley between Chacarita and Palmar, and the land has been allocated and the required hospital built in nearby Cortez. There is a gas station, two restaurants, a Supermarket, and a Feed and Hardware store. Also a new Grade School, and a new High School. And a Church. There is also an ATM being installed. There is very good bus service within a 15-minute walk of the farm, but it is away from local population. It has a gravel access all along one side, and electricity to within 50 meters of the bottom of the farm. The farm elevation goes from approximately 200 meters of altitude to 400 meters and is on a mountain, overlooking the valley below. The property has a large building area with views of Golfo Dulce and has many large flat building areas available.
