La Reserva Camaronal Lot 8 / Playa Camaronal , Zapotal, Nandayure, Guanacaste, Guanacaste Province 50903

Lot 8 is situated on the lower slope of the Montaa Sector within La Reserva Camaronal (LRC), with access from Las Baulas Drive. The future driveway will be approximately 220 meters from the main entrance and gate of the Montaa Sector. This lot boasts breathtaking ocean views, framed by several trees, and features gently sloping terrain, perfect for an internal driveway and terraced building site. In addition to the sea views, Lot 8 also overlooks the lush forested commons that border the stream forming the eastern boundary of the sector. Despite occasional water shortages during the dry season, LRC is well-equipped with five registered, legal wells from MINAETs Direction of Waters. The Montaa Sector entrance is only 550 meters from Camaronal Beach, known for its world-class surf. The nearby Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Camaronal operates a sea turtle hatchery, providing year-round protection to the four sea turtle species that nest in the area, with the help of international volunteers.
