Situated on the lower slope of the Montaa Sector of La Reserva Camaronal (LRC), Lot 5 is accessed from Las Baulas Drive, leaving your future driveway about 220 meters from the Montaa Sector main entrance and gate. Lot 5 has good ocean views and several shade trees located on a sloping land surface that lends itself well to an internal driveway and a terraced building site. Beyond the views to the sea, Lot 5 also has views to the forested commons that bound the stream that forms the eastern boundary of the Montana Sector.
