HOUSE IN TIROL HEREDIA: Leave surrounded by nature and peace, El Tirol, Heredia Province

Tyrol is known as one of the most peaceful places to live in Costa Rica for mountain lovers!! It is perfect for those who are looking for their home in a cold place surrounded by nature, where you can accompany the days with a good coffee and the nights with a good wine. We add to this exquisiteness this beautiful one-story house, where you can enjoy all this.This property is totally closed, very safe, with its front wall, wrought iron, electric gate and mesh all around it. We enter the front of the property where we have a large green area, space to park up to 6 cars, 2 of them indoors. Upon entering the house we are greeted by an anteroom with a beautiful dome, to then arrive at one of the most beautiful places in this house, which is its main room. This one has an almost triple height ceiling, very elegant, with windows that let in natural light everywhere. For those very cold days you can warm up next to a beautiful brick fireplace, which is located in the main room. The kitchen is a good size, also with a window overlooking the front garden, with wooden furniture and granite top. We continue further where we have a super TV room that, like the main room, has sliding glass doors to access the terrace. The main room of this house is spacious enough to have a sofa to relax or read, a king bed with its side night tables, and what you would like most is to wake up and have a beautiful green view, super refreshing since it also has sliding glass doors overlooking the patio and access to the terrace. The main room has its walk in closet and its very spacious and comfortable bathroom, with a beautiful Jacuzzi. We have 2 other very spacious rooms, one of them with a wooden closet and the other with a walk in closet. Each with its own bathroom with shower. And of course you can not miss the half guest bathroom at the entrance of the house. At the end of the corridor that runs through the rooms we find the battery patio. And last but not least we have a beautiful terrace that is almost the size of the length of the house, surrounded by wrought iron gates, to enjoy the backyard of the house that is huge and where you can see the animals that live in the area, including monkeys, a variety of birds, tapirs, etc.
