Is located in Dos Ros de Upala, one of the most attractive areas for natural tourism that exist, just 700 meters from the Blue River Lodge Hotel, the Parque de Dinosaurs, the Mawamba Tourist Center, and on the way to the Sensoria Spa. The property is a true farm in the middle of nature, in an area full of vegetation, where the closest city in Liberia, which has the International Airport, just 50 minutes away and where all kinds of markets are located, hospitals and current needs, which makes it easier to live better and enjoy in paradise. The farm currently has three properly legalized sources of water, one approved for thermal tourist use (hot water), the other two sources are cold-water, for human consumption, and irrigation of the property.The legalized water sources are: 1-) Thermal Source. This source of natural water is ideal for tourist exploitation since it allows the construction of a swimming pool or several thermal water pools, which is well known in the area. 2-) Source for human consumption.
