Architecturally, this high-end build takes its inspiration from the islands of the Mediterranean, featuring sculpted corners and a gracious arch motif throughout. The villa was built from the simple quality materials, including locally handcrafted cement tiles, venetian plaster, custom teak cabinets, and custom bathtubs and sinks.    
 
On the southern end of the house, the ground-level primary bedroom features a spacious private terrace and a large spa-like ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate showers and a soaking tub. 
 
A duplicate primary bedroom lies above with all the same amenities and plus the advantage of height allowing for even more spectacular views. All bedrooms on the upper floor feature vaulted ceilings with exposed teak beams and beautiful built-in armoires.
