Everything is right here.  The house has been remodeled and has just been completed.  An old wooden house and a small warehouse were combined and packed into a new building.  The entire house has over 400 square meters of living area and usable space.  The home has hardwood floors made from Amarillon, a tropical hardwood. A greenhouse already ensures partial independence from the supermarket.  Finally, a lot of bamboo grows on the property, which can be used as building material.  A spacious swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) was built on the property.  The property can be taken over with all farm animals (hundreds of fish) and, if desired, some pets (dogs and/or cats).  The house comes almost fully furnished and with all the equipment needed for daily life (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer...).
