Part of the property is planted with various fruit trees, such as lime, orange, akee, bitter orange, mammonchino, caimito, guanabana and much more. The house itself is spacious and has 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms, extra toilet and extra shower. The master bedroom has its own bath and also 2 walk in closets ! In the living room you can make yourself really comfortable on an area of 50 m2. From there you have a view of the pool with jacuzzi and the private park in front of the house. All in all a dream here on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica!
