Vallorbe is a small tourist town on the banks of the Orbe. Very well connected by public transport. Only 20 minutes from Yverdon-les-Bains, 25 minutes from Lausanne and 3.5 hours from Paris. It's a paradise for families. You will find all shops and supermarkets in the village.

It is located on the edge of the river 

This village house, originally a blacksmith's workshop in the district, benefited from major renovations when it was acquired by the current owner in 2012. It includes two commercial areas (74 m2) and a house (83 m2) used as a guest house including a 4.5-room duplex apartment.

The heating is pellet, the boiler dates from 2012 and the distribution is via radiators with thermostatic valves. The production of hot water is mixed (pellets + electricity). 

The apartment is free of tenants, as it is used as a holiday apartment, very interesting since Vallorbe is a tourist hotspot in the Jura-Nord Vaudois. One of the commercial spaces is currently rented as an office and the other is vacant.
