The special location: The house is very easy to reach in the summer and winter months. It is located a few metres below the middle station of the Blatten Belalp cable car on a beautiful sun terrace, facing south. How to get there: Drive your car to the parking garage near the valley station of the Blatten Belalp cable car. From there, the train takes you to the middle station and thus almost to the front door. In the summer months, you can drive your car to the front door and park next to the chalet. The last part of the journey leads from the Blatten Belalp connecting road to the house via a smaller private dirt road. Important to know: The highest point of the Belalp ski area is at 3, 118 m above sea level. And there is no more building land to buy in the region where the chalet is located. The townscape should be preserved as it is today. The chalet belongs to the village of Blatten and could therefore also be inhabited all year round.
