Der ehemalige Stall muss komplett renoviert werden, um ihn bewohnbar zu machen. Er ist derzeit auf zwei Etagen mit zwei separaten Eingngen aufgeteilt. Im ersten Stock kann auch ein ziemlich hoher Dachboden eingerichtet werden. Trinkwasser und Kanalisation sind 2 m vom Stall entfernt angeschlossen. Um Strom zu haben, muss eine Fotovoltaikanlage installiert werden. Neben dem Stall besteht die Mglichkeit, eine Terrasse anzulegen, auf der man drauen sitzen und die Sonne genieen kann.
