Das ehemalige Grotto wurde vor ca. 40 Jahren zu einem Ferienhaus umgebaut und befindet sich in einem guten Allgemeinzustand. Die Rume sind im rustikalen Stil mit Sichtbalken ausgestattet. Das Gebude ist auf drei Ebenen mit zwei separaten Eingngen aufgebaut. Trinkwasser, Abwasserentsorgung und Strom aus dem stdtischen Netz sind bereits an das Rustico angeschlossen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein typisch gewlbter Keller-Nutzraum. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Eingangshalle, eine Wohnkche mit Kamin und Bad/Dusche/WC. Im Dachgeschoss ist der Schlafbereich eingebaut, der Platz fr 4 Betten bietet. Neben dem Rustico befindet sich ein kleiner Bereich mit einem Granittisch und Bnken, wo man im Freien essen kann. Von allen Seiten hat man einen schnen Blick auf das Tal. In der Umgebung knnen zahlreiche Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Die Skigebiete von Leontica und Campo Blenio sind in 20 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Das Rustico ist auch im Winter mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Man kann auf dem ffentlichen Parkplatz 150 m vom Rustico entfernt parken. Biasca mit der Autobahn A2 ist in approx. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Bellinzona Nord ist 20 Minuten vom Rustico entfernt.
