The Val d'Anniviers and its 220 km of ski slopes - often described as the most beautiful valley in the Valais Alps, located between the Matterhorn and Verbier - enjoys the longest ski seasons as well as the best sunshine in the Southern Alps. 

St-Luc, located 2 hours from Geneva, is one of its most picturesque villages and is endowed with the spectacular St-Luc-Chandolin ski area: 70 km of slopes culminating at 3000 meters, freeride areas, ski touring and marked snowshoe trails, cross-country skiing, 4.4 km toboggan run, 14 restaurants and bars. The old village exudes the special charm of the hamlets of Anniviards. A few minutes by car or postbus is all it takes to reach one of the other ski areas in the valley: Grimentz-Zinal and Vercorin. Sierre is 30 minutes away and Sion is 40 minutes away. 

In summer, the Val d'Anniviers is a gigantic playground: 490 km of magnificent hiking trails to explore while admiring the 5 peaks of more than 4000 m, 200 km of mountain bike and e-bike trails, high mountain trails, paragliding, bungee jumping, via ferrata at the Moiry dam,  swimming pools, ice rinks, wellness facilities, not to mention restaurants and bistros offering local gastronomy as well as the traditional festivals for which the valley is famous. 

The Tsatela Residences in St-Luc is a new construction project of 14 holiday apartments (according to Art. 7 para. 2 let. b of the LRS) spread over two large chalets, located at the entrance to the St-Luc resort. 

The project is in line with the aesthetics of St-Luc through the traditional style architecture and the typical materials of the valley: natural stone, old wood, larch, copper. The centre of the village is located a few minutes walk away and a shuttle bus stops in front of the residences and will take skiers to the funicular. The south-west orientation ensures that the future owners have optimal sunshine and a splendid view of the mountains. From 3.5 apartments to 5.5-room duplexes, the comfortable apartments of Tsatela Residences are characterized by the quality of the materials used. The design combining traditional and contemporary styles will offer guests a sense of well-being in perfect harmony with the alpine environment.
