We are looking for a tenant for a caf/bistro in our motel in Neudorf with immediate effect or by appointment. The caf is located in a building with 16 motel rooms, which guarantees a high frequency of guests. Nearby there is a development with several apartments and a golf club. It would be desirable if the tenant could offer breakfast to our guests. Optional parking is available in the underground car park, from which you can easily take the lift to the caf. There is no kitchen, but it is possible to use a pizza oven, for example, by retrofitting a more powerful ventilation system. We look forward to hearing from you.
