Transport Rohr is located on Hauptstrasse 5 in the section between Aarau and Brugg. On the outskirts of Rohr runs the four-lane T5 expressway, which leads from Aarau to the Aarau-Ost junction of the A1 motorway near Hunzenschwil. The cantonal road 469 runs from Rohr to Buchs. On a narrow bridge, built during the Second World War and raised by about one metre during the construction of the Rupperswil power plant, a side road crosses the Aare near Biberstein.
