Located in a quiet area of the village, the villa overlooks its flowered garden, delimited by a cypress hedge on the side of the access road. The beautiful lakeside is home to a marina of approx. 400 boat mooring places as well as a restaurant open in the spring. Sport for young and old is not neglected with its official football stadium and the practice field. Also a skate park is among the other activities practiced. The beach of Promenthoux a little further on, has a kiosk for small catering as well as access to the lake for disabled people. Paddle boarding is one of the town's sporting opportunities.
