Short description of the Oeschgen residential park The newly planned Hohlenweg residential park with 26 residential units (2 to 5.5 rooms) is located in the village centre zone of Oeschgen and offers a wide range of housing options for future users thanks to its diverse range of housing. The three free-standing buildings with gable roofs reinterpret traditional architecture using contemporary materials. An east-west orientation of the buildings and the continuous living-dining area provide the residential units with morning and evening sunlight, resulting in differentiated quality of stay. The balcony and pergola layer in front of it, an analogy to the traditional arbour, gives the apartments spacious and flexibly usable outdoor spaces, which on the one hand promote peace and relaxation and on the other hand the communal exchange among the residents serve. Access by car is conveniently via the underground car park, while the ground floor level was deliberately designed to be traffic-free in order to give the three individual buildings a village character and to offer future residents a meeting room in a carefully designed environment in the inner courtyard.
