Im Sommer erreicht man das Anwesen zu Fu ber einen anspruchsvollen Anstieg in etwa 45 Minuten vom Zentrum von Grumo aus. Die Autobahn A2 ist 7 km vom Parkplatz entfernt. Mit dem Postauto gelangt man von Grumo zum Schnellzughalt der Gotthardbahn in Faido. Bellinzona Nord ist in 30 Autominuten zu erreichen. The typical mountain farmhouse was partially renovated a few years ago and is in good general condition. The roof is redone and the structure is in order. However, the farmhouse needs some work. The bath/shower/toilet must be made and a new photovoltaic system must be installed. The farmhouse is structured as follows.
