The train station in the charming village of Caux sur Montreux is about a 10-minute walk away. Trains that go down to Montreux or go up to Rocher-de-Naye run once an hour, 7 days a week. From Montreux Central Station, trains on the SBB line depart in the direction of Geneva and Milan. 

All the amenities of the city of Montreux as well as the famous quays on the shores of Lake Geneva can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.  

The entrance to the Montreux motorway is reached in about twenty minutes, allowing you to leave in a short time on the main roads towards Lausanne - Geneva - Fribourg - Bern - France and Italy as well as the ski resorts of Vaud and Valais. 

This property can be purchased as a primary or secondary residence; It can also be purchased as a holiday cottage by non-resident foreigners.
