The cottage is habitable and in good condition. Having been little used for some time, it needs some minor renovations. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and the shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. There are two cellars available. From all sides there is a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. In the surrounding area you can make numerous excursions and bike rides. There is no access road and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the public parking lot. The centre of Locarno can be reached in 10 minutes from the car park.
