Man kann das Rustico auch ber einen einfachen Weg vom Dorf Medeglia aus in etwa 45 Minuten erreichen. Das Dorf Tesserete mit seinen Geschften ist 9 km vom Rustico entfernt. Die Stdte Lugano und Bellinzona sind ca. 17 km vom Rustico entfernt. The rustic is spread over a very high floor that offers the possibility of creating a mezzanine with a sleeping area. On the ground floor there are two rooms, where you can build the bathroom and kitchen-living room. The rustic house needs to be completely renovated. Drinking water can be connected at about 100m, there is already a leaking well for the discharge of sewage. For electricity, a small photovoltaic system must be installed. The woodland-meadow is part of the property. Here there is enough space to sunbathe or barbecue with friends. From every side you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and nature.
