This establishment is ideally located in the center of a beautiful town on the Neuchtel coast, it benefits from an existing loyal clientele and offers great development prospects by expanding the offer of meals, whether to take away or on site. Given its situation, it would also be quite possible to develop a fast food, pizza, kebab etc. concept. Currently, it is not operated in the evening (open from 6am to 7pm) except for theme nights, but in view of its large semi-covered and closed terrace, we could also consider a shisha bar in the evening.
