The total Property size is 1207 acres of which 400 acres of fully developed, operational and profitable Banana Farm. The rest of the area is broken up into : Infrastructure, some wet lands, Savanah and farm land. The banana farm is a member of the Banana Growers Association, identified as Farm 9. All fruit harvested is sold and exported through the BGA. Each packing shed has the capacity of producing 2000 standard boxes or 1500 special pack boxes per day.
