This farm is one of a kind, occupied with full-time caretakers the farm is always kept clean and well maintained. The farm is well elevated from the riverfront, so flooding is not an issue. There are two living quarters on the property for staff. The farm is in La Democracia Agricultural Layout on the west side of the Sibun River just off the George Price Highway on the Coastal Road. Accessing the property is off the coastal approx. 2 miles of dirt all-weather roads. The coastal road is now being paved and rehabilitated with new bridges and proper drainage. The farm has over 2000 Figures and Honduran Mahogany trees, that have been planted over a 20 year period with an approx. height of over 90 ft. The trees are well cared for and are sprayed to keep away the insects, that bore the trees making them a better and higher yield of mahogany. Mature fruit trees consist of approx. 250 soursops, over 200 coconuts, 50 lime trees, 50 Orange trees, golden plums, Mangos, marly apples, pineapple, Guinep, craboo, sapodilla, cashew, bananas, plantains, and tamarind. There are several short crops as well, okra, pumpkins, sugar cane, beans, coco, watermelon, and corn just to name a few. All the fruit trees are bearing fruit. This farm is a full turnkey operation!
