Located in the south of Long Island, a few minutes south of Clarence Town, the capital. Two freighters arrive once a week with supplies to the island at the government dock in Clarence Town. There are many public boat ramps to launch your boat for a great day of fishing, swimming and diving in our crystal clear waters! These two lots have electricity at the property and a gravel road for easy access. There is also beach access.
