This lot is located in Pinders, close to Salt Pond where there is a grocery store, gas station, restaurant and Government dock. A freighter comes in once a week with supplies for the island and it is a great location for boating. Once a year the Long Island Sailboat Regatta has an event there where people visit from the other islands to compete in the race. Great location to build your vacation home! Electric poles are at the lot.
