Lucaya Estate Properties are located on the east side of the bridge. Most of the properties are very far in the back of that subdivision and will most likely never have utilities to them. Other than the College of the Bahamas, there are no buildings in the area and at this time the Port Authority has not announced plans on adding infrastructure.
