The Coral Harbour Beach Club is a waterfront hotel situated on South West New Providence with over one hundred and fifty feet of sandy beach on premises. The property has an office, one restaurant, a bar with 4 bathrooms along with 14 one bedroom suites each with a small kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The floors are ceramic tiled, the walls are four inch concrete blocks and the ceilings are timbered. The windows are aluminum awning and ventilation is by ductless air-conditioning in each suite. There is also a two bedroom cottage on site with two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and covered porch. There is an outdoor bar on the waterfront of timber construction on a hardwood floor with a pitched ceiling with ceiling fans.The Beach Club offers the ambiance of a Family Island being in a remote location far away from the city of Nassau. There is a need for some cosmetic upgrades but is of sound construction.
