At the southernmost point of Rio de Janeiro, perched atop a peninsula surrounded by the sea, the property has a panoramic view that spans islands, coastline, and sunrise and sunset on the open sea. The property has two houses. The main house has three floors and 250 square meters, all rooms have a view of the sea. The main house has four suites, plus a master suite, all with a balcony. In the southern part of the house there is a seven-meter-high hall, internal gardens, dining room, kitchen and panoramic deck. The second house has 100 square meters and has a garage with four spaces, kitchen-laundry, covered deck, bathroom and panoramic top. The external parts are the result of a sustainable integration project between the house, coastal vegetation and the marine zone that resulted in various types of gardens and environments such as patio, vegetable garden, fire pit, swimming pool and trails through the reforested coastal forest. The sustainability project implemented in the house covers technologies such as a double cistern of 100 thousand liters of water, including rainwater collection and filtration and an autonomous effluent treatment system with biodigester and biological decomposers.
