Details:- Plant for processing of organic and conventional honey, located in the village of Slivek, Lovech municipality, Lovech region. Lovech, on the banks of the Osam River. Description: The production base is located on its own terrain with an area of 6565 sq.m., on which there are 5 buildings: a processing workshop with an area of 1603 sq.m. (the workshop has 4 loading ramps and the plot has easy access for large trucks), an industrial building for execution of small orders with warehouses and sanitary premises with an area of 178 sq.m., a room for hauling and storage of honey with an area of 18 sq.m., a premise for office and security with an area of 26 sq.m. and a power substation with an area of 10 sq.m. Additional details: The enterprise has all the necessary certificates for the production of food products, respectively. honey, certified as a producer of organic products, has valid quality management certificates ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 22000/2005 (ISO 22003/2013) as well as certificates for export of food products to and outside the European Union. The company is a member of the Bulgarian-German Industrial Association, has trained staff and is in the process of entering several foreign markets. The production base includes two production lines: for processing of organic honey, incl. a decrystallisation chamber, two homogenisers and filters, with a line capacity of 10 tonnes per batch and for processing conventional honey, including a decrystallisation chamber, two homogenisers and filters, with a line capacity of 50 tonnes per batch. Work is done with honey obtained from apiaries, registered as livestock farms on the territory of Bulgaria. The processing process includes decrystallization, homogenization, filtration and packaging of honey. In 2019, an independent expert assessment of tangible fixed assets (land, buildings and equipment) was carried out in the base at a total value of about EUR 600,000.
