The plot<br /><br />of land has a shape similar to a big square and borders several other<br /><br />properties as well as the street which passes in front of the house.<br /><br />Not far away is the newer and solid storage building. It has several<br /><br />premises which served different purposes in the past. The biggest room<br /><br />is a storage for grain, construction materials, firewood and hay. Next<br /><br />to it is an external wc. On the other side of the storage room one can<br /><br />find several premises where animals used to live. The previous owners<br /><br />had a lot of animals in the past but not anymore. Now that space can<br /><br />be heavily rearranged in order to provide more shelter, to make a<br /><br />workshop, double garage, etc. A driveway with direct road access leads<br /><br />to the storage building. In front of the structure the alley can be<br /><br />used as covered parking spot right away. Just a few meters from here<br /><br />is the fresh water well. In the old days it was the main source used<br /><br />for irrigation of the garden while the main water supply was used for<br /><br />the household. The plot of land provides plenty of space which is<br /><br />divided in three different areas by the buildings in and surrounding<br /><br />them. The first section is the front yard which is covered mainly by<br /><br />flowers, bushes, a few vines and big pine tree. The last<br /><br />section is the garden which has several fruit trees, big vineyard and<br /><br />plenty of space where vegetables and fruits were grown in the old<br /><br />days. Unfortunately the property has been empty for almost three years<br /><br />now and time has taken its toll. The place needs a good cleanup and<br /><br />certain amount of renovations which is taken into consideration when<br /><br />forming the price for the property. The real estate is located in a<br /><br />quiet area within the limits of the village just about 5-10 minutes by<br /><br />foot from the center, the local post office, mayor`s office, bus stop<br /><br />and two shops. There one can find ATM, emergency room, dentist,<br /><br />restaurants and bars, administrative services, gas station, pharmacy,<br /><br />farmer`s market, general store, construction material store, police<br /><br />station, library, etc. That town also has regular bus connections to<br /><br />the regional capital city Vratsa and the national capital Sofia.
