Expressions of Interest are being sought for Vermelha Station, a substantial pastoral property spanning 203,900 hectares (approx.) in the Sturt Plateau region of the Northern Territory. This prominent station is offered on a walk-in walk-out basis, including around 15,000 head of predominantly Brahman cattle.

This Northern Australian pastoral property occupies a prime position on Stuart Highway, 490 kilometres (approx.) south of Darwin, providing excellent access all year-round to the main homestead, which adjoins Larrimah township – only a few kilometres away and Katherine a mere 180km's (approximately) to the north.

Vermelha Station presents a unique opportunity with key assets such as a groundwater extraction license (TLAM29), granted in 2019, allowing for the annual extraction of 2,956 megalitres. Additionally, the property benefits from an endorsed clearing permit (PCL22/02) covering 3,659.9 hectares.
