•	Benefitted by productive land types, an excellent climate and reliable rainfall (average annual rainfall of 793* millimetres).
•	Multi-enterprise opportunity suited to a broad spectrum of agricultural pursuits including intensive cropping, horticulture and grazing.
•	Outstanding structural improvements including numerous dwellings, high quality operational infrastructure and substantial grain storages and dryer. The property is benefitted by a licenced approval for a 10,000 Standard Cattle Unit (SCU) feedlot which is currently developed to 2,000 SCU.
