RiFL Hub, Bomen, Wagga Wagga, NSW 2650

Colliers on behalf of Wagga Wagga City Council and the NSW Government present 21 prime lots for sale in the Wagga Wagga Riverina Intermodal Freight & Logistic (RiFL) Hub. Each lot is between 20,000 and 40,000 sqm, with the potential to consolidate multiple lots if required.

The Precinct sits within the Riverina Region, Australia’s richest food and agricultural region. The Precinct is a sustainable hub of high value production, agribusiness, distribution, and supporting businesses, connected to national and international export markets.
 
The Precinct features significant government investment including upfront precinct studies to reduce planning timeframes and cost for occupiers through an expedited planning framework. Occupiers within the precinct have the unique service of a dedicated Government team of professionals who support businesses through planning, environmental, infrastructure, and commercial approvals and pathways specific to the precinct.
 
The two separate land parcels being offered within the precinct are RiFL and RiFL West:
 
RIFL - 11 lots with direct frontage to the intermodal terminal facility. These lots have been especially designed for rail reliant users and new users of rail freight as an alternative to road freight.
 
RIFL West - 10 lots adjacent lots suited to users wanting proximity to rail but not requiring direct load and unload access.
