T-Bar Restaurant is a family friendly village institution located in the heart of Thredbo Village. As a full-service restaurant, it offers Neapolitan style wood fired pizza, Italian inspired pasta and mains, and a cocktail bar with comprehensive wine selection.
The central village location with level street access makes it suitable for all customers, and there is motor vehicle access to the front door. It sits adjacent to the village square, making take away pizza a popular choice on mild nights.

The restaurant is licensed for 65 customers, with the current configuration being 2 small dining areas seating up to 50, and a bar area with seating for 10.
There is additional space in the bar for standing customers.

The main entry features an air lock to retain heat in winter. The greeting area also features a sliding take away window that reduces congestion during busy periods. There are two separate kitchen zones. The main kitchen features a walk-in cook room, dish area, and cooking zone with 8 burner stove, deep fryer, pasta cooker, salamander, and combi-oven. There is a refrigerated prep bench and heated pass. The secondary kitchen features the wood fired pizza oven, two refrigerated prep benches, a refrigerated raised dispense area, and additional storage space.
