Crop and fertilizer history:
•	Crops have been on rotation. This has included barley, vetch, lupins and wheat grain. Ask for the photos of these past crops – they are unbelievable!!
•	Fertilizer approx. 70 kg to 100 kg / hectare of DAP (phosperous fertilizer) with a 18:20 ratio every year.
•	Urea in most years at approximately 100 kg / hectare.

Farm infrastructure:
•	Hay and implement shed approx. 21m x 12m. Enclosed on 3 sides, 2 of the bays are fully enclosed, concreted and lockable. 
•	Fenced into 7 paddocks laid out as 4 cropping paddocks (crop paddock sizes vary between roughly 10 ha, 18 ha, 10 ha and 2 ha).
