Just prior to opening the owners did take back the number of animals to 250 dogs and 150 cats which was to avoid a $30k yearly license fee payable regardless of never accommodating the original 400/200.  However, this can go back to original numbers if new owners wish to utilize the original license.

The property is also a registered cattle property with a PIC number and is currently running 35 Head of Breeders, with plenty of grazing land available.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Firstly, the owners built the main office which is the layout of a 4-bedroom home to service their busy businesses.

The Taj Mahal of dog kennels was built and council approved with 26 extra-large internal kennels and 26 extra-large external kennels (under roof) perfectly built concrete and mesh, insulated kennels. These can comfortably home 4 x  Xlarge dogs each are fully powered with fans and internal speakers.  All the outside exercise areas also have outdoor speakers.
