Little Mogil is approx. 35 klms north of Collarenebri on the western side of the Barwon River, with 3  klms of river frontage as well s a 2600 acre farming licence.
Topography – starts on the black soil to higher soft red soil with mainly Mitchell & Bluegrass with the lighter areas covered in Buffel grass, Coolibah, Sandalwood & Box being the main timber.
