-	  10.00 hectares total area.
-	  9.50 hectare vineyard planted to Cabernet Sauvignon.
-	  Improvements include irrigation shed housing a bore, filtration equipment and diesel generator, frost fan, pumping and trellis infrastructure.
-	  17.78ML underground water licence.
