A collaboration between Figurehead Group and Wolveridge Architects–Osprey, Martha Cove pioneers beach house-inspired apartment design.

This apartment is planned around the radial curve with tall glazing inserted between the vertical concrete blade walls looking out towards the Marina. The outdoor area wraps around to the east in two parts, the smaller of which functions almost as a ‘Juliette balcony’ for the main bedroom suite. Much like the other radially planned apartment, vertical concrete blade walls along the curved façade frame the views and provide solar shading.
