Welcome to a Nue way to live in Gungahlin. A project by Core Developments promoting walkability and cycle friendliness in one of the ACT’s fastest growing neighbourhoods.

On the same block, 243 apartments, 87 townhouses and a commercial space take shape, designed for residents to embrace the public domain and interact on a daily basis.
