• Woods (approximately 127.8 hectares, 315.7 acres);
• Top Paddock & 70 Acres (approximately 125.2 hectares, 309.1 acres); 
• South-east (approximately 129.4 hectares, 319.7 acres); and
• Hemphills (approximately 129.5 hectares, 319.9 acres).

- Highly productive soil types and favourable topography underpinned by average annual rainfall of approximately 404 millimetres (Bureau of Meteorology – Minyip Weather Station). 

- The portfolio has been operated as part of a continuous cropping program for many years, utilising a lentil / cereal / canola rotation. 

- Well-located in relation to several towns and cities supporting the agriculture sector, including Minyip (17* lineal kilometres), Donald (26* lineal kilometres), St Arnoud (47* lineal kilometres), Horsham (54* lineal kilometres), Ararat (86* lineal kilometres), Ballarat (151* lineal kilometres) and Melbourne (243* lineal kilometres).

- In addition, the portfolio offers the potential to capitalise on an increasing price for carbon and high demand for natural capital assets, via a soil carbon sequestration initiative. 

The Beverly Farming Portfolio is being offered for sale in one line or as separate properties/titles with or without crop by Expression of Interest closing Tuesday 10 September 2024 at 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
